As part of your safari we plan your accommodation at the Luxurious Papa’s Camp located within Murchison Falls National Park, on the south bank of the Nile River, about 25 km upstream from the world-renowned Falls, Papa’s Camp is nestled into beautiful Fig Trees on the banks of the Nile River. Named after Ernest Hemingway who nearly lost his life in not one, but two plane crashes viewing one of Africa’s great wonders, Papa’s Camp is set up to remind us of travel back in the day. Papa’s Camp offers a spectacular wildlife experience that one can enjoy almost exclusively in untouched surroundings. The drive to the top of Murchison Falls is an easy 1.5-hour drive away – full of lions, Buffalo, Giraffes, and many different antelope species such as Jackson’s Hartebeest, Waterbuck, Ugandan Cob, Oribi, and more.
